Contained Search
Contained Search is very similar to a Retained Search, yet without the client’s full financial obligation. Ninety (90) days from initiation to completion on average service, requires a nominal upfront project initiation fee to kick off the search, and the remainder is only due upon the successful completion of the search.

This nominal fee is to align and dedicate our resources to target the client’s specific requirements and to deliver only the most talented and qualified candidates. This service offers clearly communicated timelines and extensive in-depth research and interviews.  Our clients will also receive a detailed candidate report which includes market feedback and industry intelligence.

Each candidate brought forward is hand picked and guaranteed to have been extensively interviewed and screened to insure a match to the client’s requirements.  This service also allows us to selectively pipeline additional candidates for future positions

Contract Recruiting
Contract Recruiting is a service that is designed to be an extension of our clients’ recruiting department. Our team of experienced, highly trained recruiting and sourcing consultants can successfully address critical openings within any area of the organization. They are provided with the same level of support and resources as our internal consultants.

Our team is also versatile and experienced at adapting to additional resources and databases you may need them to work on resulting in a seamlessly blend into your organization. This will help get you up to speed quickly on all your projects. This can be performed remotely or on-site at a client’s location and is typically billed on an hourly basis.

Research & Name Identification
Research and Name Identification is a service provided to clients that are able to handle the backend functions of the recruiting process. Upon request, we provide a verified list of current names, titles and contact information of targeted contacts using a wide variety of sourcing techniques based on client’s exact criteria. These candidates are typically passive candidates from a pre-determined list of target companies that are in a specific role and who do meet the requirements of the hiring client.
